Zsolt joined MEC in December 2000, under his tenure he has been instrumental in the success of MEC Hungary growing it from number 7 to the undisputed number 1. Through his hard work and determination he has overseen new business wins such as Magyar Telekom. He pioneered MEC's digital offer with the creation of MEC Interaction, turning their digital product into a market-leading offer. He also launched MEC Entertainment, the content trading and branded content arm, one of the first in the MEC network to do so. A greatly respected among the media and marketing community, Zsolt played a leading role as former chairman of the Association of Communication Agencies and the Board Member of the County Branding Committee.
He has also been a key member of MEC's Central and Eastern European Management team.
Anna Lubowska, CEO MEC CEE said: "After 10 dedicated years with MEC Hungary, I am naturally sad to see such a devoted MECer as Zsolt leave us. I am however delighted that he has been given such a fantastic opportunity with TV2 and I support him fully in his new career. Over the coming weeks, Zsolt stays fully engaged and committed to MEC. I am working with him to ensure that MEC has the right management in place to continue MEC's journey and an announcement about this will be made in the next few weeks."
