MEC starts 2010 with Michelin and Hannaford

Mediaedge:cia (MEC), a leading media agency, has been appointed for planning and buying duties for Hannaford.

The supermarket chain, owned by Belgium-based Delhaize Group, has 171 stores located across the East Coast.

In late 2009, MEC was named media AOR for Michelin in the US. The agency already handles the Michelin business across key global markets, including Spain, UK, Germany, Russia, China and India among others.
