MEC Singapore, a leading media agency (www.mecglobal.com), has appointed Polly Sherrard and Matthew Drury as Associate Account Director and Account Director respectively. Both appointments are effective immediately and both will be based in Singapore reporting to Rafis Kadir. Polly and Matthew will work for clients such as Sony Electronics, Daimler, Singapore Airlines, SingTel and Sony Ericsson.
Polly joins MEC with in-depth experience of delivering integrated marketing solutions for brands. She began her career at integrated agency BD-NTWK providing digital account management for a variety of clients, including Nintendo, Orange, Ask.com and Aviva. Polly then moved to the client, joining Nintendo UK as their Digital Communications Manager. It was under her watch that the digital strategy for the brand was launched, coordinating all their digital campaigns including the launch of the BBC iPlayer on Nintendo Wii.
After graduating from his Marketing degree at Oxford Brookes, Matthew joined digital specialist i-level. During his time there he helped build the Orange mobile account, with a focus on direct response advertising and lead generation. Matthew has deep experience delivering integrated account management across key online channels such as search, social, data planning, and affiliates.
