Tracy has been with the agency since 1989 and was previously in planning and account management. She remains the client lead for Pfizer, Chanel, SPC Ardmona, and Xerox.
As part of her role, Tracy becomes the MEC Navigator Ambassador for Canada. MEC Navigator is the agency’s global strategic framework for ensuring collaboration, consistency and quality of thinking. The framework is accessible and flexible, and is a powerful integrator of MEC’s specialist disciplines while applicable to each independently. Using this framework, all planners at MEC are required to undergo training to gain a deeper understanding of a client’s business objectives and challenges, in order to build and deliver the most effective and integrated campaigns.
Michele commented, “This is a well-deserved promotion and long overdue. I’m confident that Tracy’s client service and integrated planning experience, energy and passion will be welcomed both internally and by our clients.”
Tracy said, “It’s an exciting time for MEC Canada and I’m looking forward to inspiring our planning teams to think differently.”
Tracy holds over 20 years of media experience, having spent time at Young & Rubicam, Toronto and has worked with clients such as Cadbury Beverages, Chanel, Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Pfizer, Sears, and Xerox.
