Guy Kedar joins MEC’s EMEA team

MEC, a leading media agency, has bolstered its central EMEA Social team with the hiring of Guy Kedar as Social Media and Emerging Platforms Manager.

The appointment is effective immediately.  Guy will be based in MEC's EMEA headquarters in London and will report to Jeff Hyams, MEC's Chief Strategy Officer, EMEA.

Guy recently graduated from MBA studies at the Rotterdam school of management.  Prior to resuming his studies he was appointed to lead the development and launch the online PR department of EURO RSCG Tel Aviv and was one of the founders of the Tel Aviv-based communication consultancy "Shalom Tel Aviv" (an affiliate of Waggener Edstrom), where he developed and managed its digital PR and social media services.

At MEC, he will work across 30 markets in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, helping to build capabilities and develop social and emerging media opportunities for a variety of clients.
